Visa Situation

Thank you all for praying for our visa situation. We were unable to renew our visas as planned. It has been a long two weeks going from place to place and making plans to go even further away to try to get new visas. We are leaving for Equitorial Guinea next week to apply with Cameroon’s embassy there for new visas. This will be a Monday through Friday (ad)venture! Even if they give us new visas, it will only be a temporary solution to our process for getting long term visas and resident status.

The pictures are of our trip to Yaounde, the capital of Cameroon, where we were unable to renew our visas.

Please pray for us during this next week that we would have safety on the long roads and favor with all the officials we meet in both countries.

Also, pray for our container to arrive before we leave for E.G…it is halfway here from Douala stuck with more paperwork.

What a sweet picture of Mr.#1!! Give him lots of kisses on those sweet cheeks from G'ma and all of us here in MI. He's getting blonder all the time :) You know you are in our thoughts and prayers (and our hearts) this week especially as you go to E.G. We'll be anxious to hear from you soon...

Much love, Mom (for everyone)
